The brand new villa is on a hill and has a garden with a barbecue which makes the place remarkable.
Blue Green villa is a place 500 sqm that someone can stay with a beautiful view, totally relaxing, perfect for working. Relaxing in the ecological pool, yoga practising on the grass and using the barbecue to grill for launch is also possible. There are comfortable beds to sleep at night and for the ones that love playing games even on vacation there is a PS5 &’ ping pong table. For movie lover person a projector!!

Just a short drive away, Kalyves Beach awaits with its golden sands and crystal-clear waters. Divided by the gentle flow of the Xydas River, the beach offers both lively spots with sunbeds and quieter areas for peaceful relaxation. The gradual slope of the seabed makes it ideal for swimmers of all ages.
If possible, I would give it 6 stars. A fantastically located house
that matches the pictures exactly. The view of the sea is something
you have to experience for yourself...
Perfect for a family stay and equipped with everything you need and
more. Numerous restaurants and the beach are within walking distance
or a few minutes' drive away. The supermarket is practically right
next door.
A very attentive host who even surprised us at Easter and as a
farewell surprise. We've never been so well looked after, so thank
you again. We'd love to come back.
